It's amazing how quickly time flies when there's a newborn in the house. Two months have gone by since Anna was born. I feel like I just had her yesterday. Still tired all the time. Still feel like my organs are kinda' jumbled up in my stomach. And still don't have any desire to do much more than sit on the couch in a half comatose state. I see little bits of progress here and there, but it's very slow.
Luckily I'm still able to get cute pictures of the kids from the couch... (Okay, so maybe I don't spend all day on the couch, but I would like to).
Here is the latest and greatest since I posted last.
Anna met her Grandma Lyons for the first time (and rode a ferry, and went to Roche Harbor... and met a lot of other family we don't see very often).

New Mom tip: When you're averaging 3 hours of sleep per night, don't get pictures taken next to your cute, young, well-rested sister in-law. Pretty sure I won the dark circles under the eyes contest. Hands down.

Anna's baby blessing.
Robert taking a walk around the block with Dad. We've since bought him a wagon which keeps him contained and gets us around the block much faster.

The most vivid rainbow I've ever seen in my life. We passed this on our way to the Edmonds Ferry over Memorial Day weekend.

Alicia's baby shower!

Robert (taken today). I was trying to get a picture of him with his blankie, but he threw it down as soon as the camera came out, so I took some pictures anyway.

Icky grapes. He loved grapes a few months back, but has since decided they have to go through a series of tests before he can consume them. This is the first stage where he squishes the guts out of every single one. In the process he decides it's inedible and throws it on the floor. He does the same thing with every other fruit/vegetable that "guts" can be squished out of.

Anna is cute! Robert is big! Good to see you guys doing well.
P.s. Alex, I was sitting in the Bluncks living room Sunday afternoon talking about you. Turns out they live about 6 blocks away from us!
Kristine, you look great! With both my girls, I didn't have my first ray of light until around four months, when they seemed to transition from newborn to baby. Your kids are such cuties.
I'm just now catching up on your last three posts! Cute pictures and I laughed more than once at your comments about them. :-) Thanks for the updates. I might steal a few whenever I get to doing the family news email.
Love, Mom

Hey, Rip! I think it's almost time to wake up. :-) (That being said... I've not posted a thing to my journal for over a year!)
