Ask and you shall receive...

More Robert pics, but first his 2-week stats...

Length: 21.5 inches
Weight: 8 lbs, 14 oz
Head Circumference: 36.8 cm

Now onto the thing you really want - PICTURES! These were taken this evening/morning around 3 am.

Do you see this?
I was ready for bed, clearly Robert was not. Instead, we spent a few hours playing his favorite game - "How long can we keep Mommy up before she loses her mind?" Little does he know, I'm onto his strategy. I will win.

Taking a nap in his swing. He's all about the swing. And I'm all about him being about it. Swing = Remedy for cranky baby who needs to sleep, but won't.

What happens when you wake a sleeping baby that needs to be fed?

... and what happens after he's fed. You need the audio to truly appreciate them.

That's all for now. It's bedtime!

He is looking more and more like Alex. Totally see it when he smiles. So cute!

The first picture of him in the swing reminds me of one of your ultrasound pictures....that bottom lip!! Somehow I need to get myself to Utah and meet this little man. I hope you are able to get some sleep and I will chat with you later.

Awww, so cute. I wish I could've held him more. It cracks me up how dramatically happier he looks after a meal. Some things never change. :)

Hope you're having a fun time with the parents. We look forward to seeing you some more at Thanksgiving. Totally random, but when Alex called Niklas to tell him "THE CUBE" on our way to the freeway, it cracked Niklas up. I always forget about that joke until Alex brings it up---so funny. It reminds me of the fun trip to Portland. :)

Anyway, we loved seeing you and Alex (and little Robert, of course)! Take care, we'll talk to you later.

p.s. I really can't wait to meet him...my whole family, Gary and his family, the little guy, Mike and or course food, how can you beat that! Yaay Thanksgiving!
pps. let's skype soon. I want to meet the little turkey- Robert: let your mother get at least 2 hours of sleep and eat lots so that you'll sleep more. Love Auntie M!
